Located in the old OMAHA/CNW depot houses a fascinating, extensive collection dedicated to Spooner's railroad heritage and railroading worldwide. Thirteen rooms filled with vintage railroad items, tools, art, memorabilia, history, reference books, track inspection vehicles and much more. There is also a VCR with videos and a 'G' gauge model running on an elevated track in the main room, with both a steam passenger and a diesel freight. Visit with retired railroad volunteers who offer guided tours. Group tours and special showings by appointment.
