Your lunch or dinner dining will begin with our first course buffet where you will enjoy offerings including gourmet salads, grilled vegetables, and imported cheeses. The second course will be the parade of Gauchos. Expert carvers will serve up to 12 different cuts of their fire-roasted meats, straight from skewers on which they were cooked, right to your plate. You will also be served side dishes. Decadent desserts, Brazilian beverages and wines compliment the experience.
