Shady Rest Lodge is located on Breezy Point, a heavily wooded peninsula reaching out into clear, spring-fed Manson Lake. Around the resort you will find a well maintained tennis court, sand volleyball court, childrens playground, beautiful sandy beach, and large recreation building. The recreation building provides a variety of games such as ping-pong, pool, foosball, as well as a large stone fireplace . There are many isolated lakefront areas, 10 piers for relaxing, fishing, or securing your own boat, wooded walking trails, and a secluded campfire area at the tip of the peninsula.

We are located 3 miles east of U.S. Highway 51 and 12 miles west of Rhinelander on U.S. Highway 8. Look for Shady Rest Road and follow it to the Shady Rest Lodge wishing well. Follow the signs to the office and we will greet you there.
