Chef Alexander Hough prepares one entree a night for the whole family to enjoy. He also creates two or three entrees each night for those that don't care for the featured entree. There is NO “menu” to choose from. Fresh, creative foods and good old fashioned home cooking with the emphasis on a meal that is one, good for you, and two, affordable.
