Jim Wood, his son Steve, and grandson Jeff work together in all aspects of the orchard to grow over 200 acres of strawberries, raspberries, sweet cherries and apples on the Door Peninsula in northeast Wisconsin. McIntosh and Cortland apples have historically been the main apple varieties of The Wood Orchard. Now, however, Honeycrisp is the apple variety that is attracting most of the attention of this fruit growing family as well as consumers! We sell the fruit we grow, at our market just north of the village of Egg Harbor on State Hwy. 42
