Nurturing the mind, body and spirit is the mission of Woodwind Health Spa & Wellness Center. Guests can enjoy yoga, massage, herbal body wraps, reiki, aromatherapy, a meditation studio, therapeutic pool, sauna and educational workshops on health-related topics. The center offers accommodations in five queen-bed rooms and single-bed dorm rooms. Full food service, featuring a selection of healthy, organic foods is also available.
