They offer over 40 varieties of cheese made fresh at their factory/store. All the milk used to make the cheese comes from the 70 holstein cows that they milk twice a day from the farm right next to the factory. A new meaning to “FARM FRESH!” Their fresh cheese curds are guaranteed to squeak in your mouth.
