OFFICIAL RULES - MILES OF FUN GIVEAWAY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER:
Beginning 12:00:01 a.m. EST on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, visit www.TravelWisconsin.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the "Miles of Fun" Giveaway. Entries for the 12-week giveaway will be accepted from 12:00:01 a.m. EST on Tuesday, June 15 through 11:59:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, September 5, 2010.

To enter the "Miles of Fun" Giveaway, entrants must fill out the online entry form including their full name, e-mail address, and zip code. Giveaway entrants may also submit a statement about why or how fun originated in Wisconsin and a photo related to their statement. Statements are limited to 200 words. All winners will be chosen at random. Submitting photo(s) or a statement will not increase entrant’s odds of winning. Content of statement will not increase odds of winning and will not be judged. By entering the giveaway, new users will be opted-in to receive Wisconsin Traveler e-mails. All entrants grant WDT and its advertising, promotion and Internet agencies usage rights of entrant’s responses and photographs. Limit one entry per user name totaling no more than two entries per household.

Entrants may only win one weekly prize throughout the duration of the giveaway. Weekly prize winners will otherwise be selected at random. The Grand Prize and First Place Prize winners will be drawn at random from those that entered the giveaway during the 12-week time period. Weekly prize winners are eligible to win either the Grand Prize or First Place Prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the continental United States, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of the “WDT”, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and Internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. PHOTOGRAPHS AND STATEMENTS

• The photographs and statements that are submitted will be reviewed and evaluated for appropriateness. WDT's Agency will be responsible for identifying and removing inappropriate images and statements from WDT's web-site and other publications.
• The photographs should not exceed 2 MB in file size and should be in JPG format. The statements should not exceed 200 words.
• By entering the giveaway, entrants give WDT and their agencies the rights to use their statements and photographs in any marketing or Web materials.
• Including a photo does not affect entrant's chances to win a prize. The content of a statement does not affect entrant's chances to win a prize.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS:
Random drawings will be conducted each week on Monday of the following week from among all eligible entries received for each weekly giveaway. Winners will be notified by e-mail prior to posting the winner on the TravelWisconsin.com blog on Friday. (For example, the prize winners for the week of June 15, 2010's weekly prizes will be drawn on Monday, June 21, 2010 and prize winners will be announced on Friday, June 25, 2010.) Weekly winners will be given 48 hours to respond to the e-mail notification and accept their prize. If the chosen winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen, notified by e-mail and given 48 hours to respond to the e-mail notification and accept their prize. Random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release.

All weekly entries (winners and non-winners) are eligible to win the Grand Prize or First Place Prize. The Grand Prize winner and First Place prize winners will be drawn randomly from those that entered the giveaway during the 12-week time period. The Grand Prize and First Place prize winners' names will be randomly chosen on Friday, September 10, 2010. Three attempts will be made to contact each winner before they forgo their prize and a new winner is randomly selected.

5. PRIZES:
(1) Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Wisconsin Getaway Grand Prize package with a retail value of $2,500. The Grand Prize Package includes a $500 Visa/Mastercard Gift Card and $2,000 to be spent at a Wisconsin lodging destination of the winner's choosing . WDT's agency will work with the Grand Prize winner to book and pay for, on behalf of WDT, the winner and guests' lodging, in any Wisconsin city (The total cost of trip not to exceed $2,000 and will cover only lodging expenses such as room taxes, room rental fees, etc. The $2,000 will not cover room service, tips, etc.). Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Trip must be reserved and take place between October 1, 2010 and September 4, 2011. In the event the getaway is cancelled or postponed for any reason, sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof. Other restrictions may apply. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the Grand Prize.

(2) First Place Prize
One (1) First Place Prize winner will receive a Wisconsin Getaway First Place Prize package with a retail value of $1,000. The First Place Prize Package includes a $250 Visa/Mastercard Gift Card and $750 to be spent at a Wisconsin lodging destination of the winner's choosing . WDT's agency will work with the First Place Prize winner to book and pay for, on behalf of WDT, the winner and guests' lodging, in any Wisconsin city (The total cost of trip not to exceed $750 and will cover only lodging expenses such as room taxes, room rental fees, etc. The $750 will not cover room service, tips, etc.). Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Trip must be reserved and take place between October 1, 2010 and September 4, 2011. In the event the getaway is cancelled or postponed for any reason, sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof. Other restrictions may apply. All appl cable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. First Place Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the First Place Prize.

(3) Weekly Prizes
Two entrants per week will win a weekly prize from June 15, 2010 through September 5, 2010. The weekly prizes will include tickets to events, sporting activities, etc. The value of a weekly prize will be between $32.00 and $350.00. WDT will give out a total of 24 weekly prizes throughout the duration of the giveaway.

6. GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winner and First Place Prize Winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected without further notice. No substitution or transfer of any prize by any winner permitted except by Sponsor at its discretion. “WDT” reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value at its discretion. All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold the “WDT”, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the “WDT” and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the “WDT”, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of “WDT” and will not be returned. The “WDT” is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

7. WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT: Winners will primarily be announced via the blog and a press release between September 24 and October 1, 2010. The Miles of Fun winners’ news will also be spread via social media channels. For the names of the winners, available after October 1, 2010, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Miles of Fun Giveaway, Laughlin Constable, 207 E. Michigan Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53202. Requests must be received by Friday, October 8, 2010.
