Step One: Create a Trip
Once you login you can create a new trip or edit existing trips. Set your trip name, description, privacy and dates before you begin.
Step Two: Add Items
Add items from our Places to Stay, Things to Do, Dining and Events sections to your trip by clicking the Add to Trip icon throughout the site or from within the Trip Planner.
Step Three: Print and Share
Print details of your trip and share your trip with friends on your favorite social network or via email.
University of Wisconsin Arboretum
This 1260-acre outdoor ecology laboratory provides examples of major plant communities in the Midwest.
Hours of Operation
Arboretum trails and the Visitor Center parking lot are open year-round from 7am to 10pm. Other Arboretum parking lots are open from dawn to dusk. Our Visitor Center is open weekdays from 9:30am–4pm and weekends from 12:30-4pm. (excluding holidays).
There are 2 main vehicular entries: north where McCaffery Dr, N Wingra Dr, and S Mills St intersect and south is north of the beltline(Hwy 12) at the intersection of McCaffery Dr and Seminole Highway.
