Madison’s L’Etoile Restaurant has been a venerable fixture in the fine dining scene since 1976, when Chef Odessa Piper launched the restaurant after being inspired by the diversity and quality of the area’s local ingredients. At L’Etoile, every menu is carefully composed to highlight our local farms’ best ingredients. Traditional cooking methods are used to develop balance and enhance flavors. Our commitment to cooking with the seasons means our menu changes very often, giving Chef Tory the opportunity to express his creativity time and again.

Tues–Fri: 5:30pm-close, Sat: 5pm-close. Closed on Sunday and Monday. *Bar opens 15 minutes before service every evening.
