The grandstands hold 10,000 fans and a multi-room press box. The stands look directly over the track and the synthetic field. There are two locker rooms and one for officials available. There is also a concessions stand and numerous restroom facilities. The Complex also has a digital scoreboard and public address system. The track is a 400 meter, 9 lane track with four ft. wide lanes. It is made of Mondo surfacing. It has two long jump/triple jump run ways, each with two sand pits as well as four boxes on the pole vault runways. There is a high jump tarmac and steeple chase pit. Adjacent to the Mondo track is the 400 meter rubber track. This track has the capacity to accommodate 200 fans. It also has the capability to be utilized as a warm up area for larger track meets. The synthetic grass field can host either soccer or football games. There are also 2 grass practice fields that surround the Sports Complex that can be used for either activity. The baseball facility located within the Oshkosh Sports Complex at Titan Stadium can host 500 fans. There is bleacher seating as well as terraced grass areas to set up lawn chairs or blankets. The left field fence is at 330 ft, left center at 370, center field at 405, right center at 365 and right field line at 325. The fence is 12 feet high. There are also two locker rooms and an officials locker room. Titan Stadium also has its own public address system and scoreboard. The softball field holds 200 fans. The fence is 190 feet down the lines and 220 feet at centerfield. The fence is four feet tall. There is parking on site, as well as parking on the surrounding streets.
