Bird Watching in Wisconsin
Wisconsin is home to nearly 300 birding locations around the state, making for exceptional bird watching, one of Wisconsin’s best kept secrets. For instance, the only place in the world where you can see all 15 species of cranes is at the International Crane Foundation in Baraboo. You’ll also find the nation’s largest freshwater cattail marsh at the Horicon Marsh Wildlife Refuge. Don’t forget the binoculars!
