Ice Age Trail - Waupaca Segment
The Waupaca segment of the Ice Age Trail starts within Hartman Creek State Park, running north of the park to Indian Valley Road, and south of the park through the Emmons Creek Fish Hatchery and Wildlife Area. The trail is marked by yellow blazes on trees and yellow signs. The segment is part of the 1,000-mile National Scenic Ice Age Hiking and Skiing Trail. Trail is for hiking and cross-country skiing - no biking.
Trail can be entered through Hartman Creek State Park or from a small parking lot on the north side of Hwy. 54, about 5 miles west of Waupaca (just east of Turner's Farm Market).
