About Historic Green County Courthouse
Visitors can explore a 1891 Romanesque-style building through self-guided tours or guided group tours by reservation. Guests of all ages can try on a judge’s robe and pose at the bench with gavel in hand, making for a fun photo opportunity. The History Room, located in the former jury-deliberation room, showcases photos and stories from the past, including the clock tower’s history.
