If you find yourself hungry after the sun goes down, you’re not doomed to the drive-thru! Milwaukee’s late night dining scene is perfect for those who prefer their dinner after the show, night owls and anyone in need of above-average late night food.
This intimate wine bar is located on Brady Street, one of the hubs of Milwaukee nightlife. Balzac serves tempting small plates until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
Is there a more iconic late-night treat than tacos? The menu here blends traditional Mexican favorites with colorful new flavors, and the kitchen is open until midnight. Their riverside patio is a perfect spot to end your evening with taco and fresh salsa in front of you.
Located in the heart of downtown, this trendy restaurant is a long-time local favorite. You can try Elsa’s upscale take on nachos, burgers and wings until 1 a.m. Elsa’s attracts an eclectic mix for its unique combo of top-shelf spirits and casual dining.
If midnight still sounds kind of early to you, this sports bar located just off the gaming floor at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino is your pick. Burgers and sports bar favorites are served until 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and the late night menu is served all night on Friday and Saturday.
Once an underground, late night pop-up noodle shop, Red Light Ramen has now expanded to its own restaurant. But it hasn’t shed its night-owl ways – the restaurant is open from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., Wednesday through Saturday.
You’ll find fine dining in a comfortable atmosphere at this popular downtown spot. You can dine in the restaurant (famous for impressively hefty cuts of prime rib) until 10 p.m. and at the bar until midnight.
