Inside a 1934 Tudor Revival building is the Kenosha Beach House on Simmons Island. Open seasonally, the attraction features gorgeous views of Lake Michigan, concession foods, refreshments, an on-site beer garden, a gift shop and convenience store for beachgoers, and on-site rentals (including bikes and beach games). Outdoor activities such as volleyball, exercise classes, bags games, live music, and beach bonfire nights are offered on Simmons Island Beach. Special events are held throughout the summer.
