Our ciders are not just locally made; they are locally grown. We use 100% locally grown apples. We never add concentrate, water, or any artificial flavors. When we add other ingredients such as fruit, honey, or hops, we source them locally whenever possible. Most of our ciders are dry because that’s the way we like them, but we do offer some off-dry and semi-sweet options.

We are proud to call ourselves a true farm to table restaurant. We make most of our menu items from scratch in house, including our signature house made sausages. Menu items will change seasonally to utilize what is the most fresh from our local farming community. We’ll also have rotating specials
