Founded in 2018 by three enthusiastic home brewers, Rebellion Brewing Company continues Cedarburg’s brewing history in the historic Cedarburg Mill. 

Nestled along the beautiful Cedar Creek, Rebellion has a large, relaxing outdoor beer garden.  For those sometimes crisp evenings, we have propane heaters to keep you comfortable.

Besides great beers, we also offer a full assortment of shots, mixed drinks and our famous Bloody Mary!  Hungry?  We now also offer food and, as always, free popcorn!
