Clark County's premier park and campground is located in the Town of Dewhurst on Lake Arbutus offers a wide range of modern amenities that are sure to meet your camping and recreation needs.  Lake Arbutus consists of 821 acres of surface water and is touted as the best fishery in Clark County.  Four convenient boat landings offer ample opportunity to water based recreation.  

Campsites are available for reservation May 1st through September 30th. Self-registration camping is available throughout the remainder of the year but please note that campground facilities are extremely limited during this time.

Russell Park and Campground is located in close proximity to Levis Mound Recreational Area. Levis is commonly referred to as the best mountain-bike trail system in the Midwest. In addition to mountain-bike opportunities, Levis offers exceptional hiking trails and breath taking scenery.  

Park use is free. Campsites feature 3 Shower Houses, Boat Launch, Campsites, Convenience Store, Drinking Water, Electrical Hookups, Firewood, Fishing Access, Flush Toilets, Full R.V. hookups, ice, laundromat, paved roads, picnic areas, play areas, R.V. dump station, shelters, trail access & WIFI.
