Dexter Park is located 6 miles south of Pittsville at junction of STH 80 & 54 West. The park is located on 1,235 acres around Lake Dexter, which was developed in 1962. The lake is 298 acres. Dexter Park has over 1,000 acres of wild or undeveloped land with abundant wild life and game fish.Dexter Park features a campground with 109 camping units, 86 of these are electrical. Blacktop camp pads are provided on all camp sites. Shower facilities are also available. There are now 10 pull-through ATV sites which allow access to area ATV routes.
