Equestrian Camping and more than 11 miles of horse trails are accessible from the River Road Equestrian Campground. Located between Eagle River and Conover, the six (6) camping sites for independent camping units provide picnic tables, fire pits and grills. There is a pit toilet and drinking water available. There is also a manure disposal area. Camping is by permit only (on-site self-registration) and limited to not more than ten (10) consecutive days. The Campground provides access to the Torch Lake Equestrian Trail Loop and via connector trail to the Ski Hill Trail Equestrian Loop.
