Schmeeckle Reserve, located on the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point campus, offers a variety of recreational gear to rent for your outdoor adventures. We have canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, tents, backpacks, sleeping bags, snowshoes, and cross-country skis. Gear can be taken off-site to wherever your adventures lead. Canoes and kayaks are also available on the south shore of Lake Joanis in Schmeeckle for a convenient and quiet paddle.  Outdoor gear rentals are located inside the Schmeeckle Reserve Visitor Center and are available for pickup and drop-off anytime the visitor center is open.
