Schmeeckle Reserve, located on the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point campus, offers canoes, kayaks, snowshoes, and cross-country skis for rental. Fishing equipment is also available to borrow for free through the Wisconsin DNR tackle loaner program. The gear can be used in Schmeeckle Reserve or taken off-site to wherever your adventures lead. Outdoor gear rentals are located inside the Schmeeckle Reserve Visitor Center and are available for pickup and drop-off anytime the visitor center is open. Reservations can also be made online.
