Wonewoc

The Village of Wonewoc is located within the "driftless area" of Wisconsin which means the hills were untouched by the glaciers of past. The hills explode with color in the fall, so enjoy a very scenic drive around the rural highways.

Enjoy shopping in our Historical Downtown shops. Rent a bike and travel the State 400 Bike Trail through the scenic hills of Wonewoc. Rent a canoe and take a casual 3 hr trip down the Baraboo River (the longest free flowing river in the country). Hike through the rock formations that once were the home of the Winnebago Indians.
