The Cargill-Pettibone House is complete with four en-suite bedrooms (one with a fireplace), living room (with a fireplace), large dining room (with fireplace), library, den, full kitchen, 1/2 bath on main floor, and even laundry facilities. The Cargill-Pettibone House can serve long or short term needs.

Guests can look forward to a breakfast amenity basket, which includes fresh scones and/or muffins, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice and fresh fruit. Additionally, guest services include free wireless, high speed internet access, cable television, ironing board and irons, and laundry facilities. The Cargill-Pettibone House is fully air conditioned.
