A spacious screened porch offers a front row seat overlooking beautiful Upper Clam Lake and the grassy lawn leading down to the water’s edge. The screened porch is great for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The completely new, rehabbed kitchen is part of an open concept layout with spacious dining, kitchen and living areas. Central air will help keep you cool when required. The kitchen includes 6 person dining table, stove/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker and plenty of cupboard space.

The lakeside living room area is off the kitchen with a comfortable seating arrangement around the fireplace and TV with Cable TV and WiFi. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Three bedrooms have a single queen bed with cable, flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (1 – twin over double/ 1 – twin over twin).

The lakeside yard dotted with pines has an outdoor fire ring and leads to your own dock on Upper Clam Lake. The lake is part of the West Fork of the Chippewa River. The 166 acre lake has a maximum depth of 23 feet and is a popular fishing lake with northern pike, bluegill and largemouth bass. Walleye, muskie and crappie are also caught. There is a public boat launch just down the road a short distance. Upper Clam Lake is also fun to explore by canoe or kayak and can be a productive ice fishing lake, too!
