This day use area, on the north side of Lyman Lake, is 256 acres in size. There is a swimming beach, picnic area with tables and grills, a children's playground, and restrooms. A system of trails is located in the wooded area from the parking lot to the lake, and a boat ramp with a dock is located outside the entrance gate. Camping is not allowed. Pets must be on a leash and are not allowed in the beach areas except service animals.
