Lower Cato Falls is a Manitowoc County Park known for its waterfalls and the disc golf course that uses both naturally wooded and groomed fairways with multiple tee areas and 19 challenging pins. There are wooden steps to get down to the river and see the falls, or stick around on higher grounds for picnic areas, a large playground, bathrooms, and a pavilion.
