Waukesha County's largest park at 579 acres consists of open mowed fields, meadows, fen, wetlands and high quality upland and lowland woodlands. Six miles of hiking trails turn to groomed cross-country ski trails in the winter. Other amenities include a 3.5 acres swimming pond with beach house, mountain bike trails, five reserveable picnic shelters and a dog exercise area. Beside skiing tails, winter activities include a sledding hill, winter hiking and snow shoeing.
