Located at the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport in Eau Claire, WI, Hangar 54 Grill offers an all-American cuisine featuring many made-from-scratch menu items. They use hand-crafted meats from Rump's Butcher Shoppe in the neighboring city of Altoona for many of their dishes. Signature cocktails, wine, domestic and craft beers are poured daily in their bar. Their all-day fish fry featured beer-battered haddock.

They serve the general public along with arriving and departing passengers to and from the Chippewa Valley. Two conference rooms are available for meetings, private parties, and banquets. Free parking is available.
