Granite Peak Ski Area
Granite Peak Ski Area is Wisconsin’s Largest and Most Legendary ski resort celebrating 85 years of skiing and riding in the state. While Granite Peak may be the oldest ski area in the state, its facilities don’t show it. With three modern high-speed lifts, including the only 6-pack in the state, guests skiing and riding at Granite Peak will get more time on the slopes and less time in line. Granite Peak offers 225 acres of terrain, including 55 trails, four terrain parks, and seven designated tree skiing areas, all serviced by five chairlifts and two conveyor belt carpets. The Sundance Chalet offers grab-and-go style food and beverage and a bar, while the cozy Historic Chalet offers sit down dining with live music on weekends. Located just minutes from the beautiful city of Wausau, Granite Peak has an authentic ski town atmosphere with lodging, restaurants, nightlife, and plenty of activities the entire family can enjoy on a ski vacation getaway. This winter, make a Legendary Ski Vacation to Granite Peak. For more information, tickets, and conditions, visit https://www.skigranitepeak.com.
