The tradition continues, come celebrate the annual Candlelight Shopping event on Saturday, December 7th. Experience the warmth of the season with hundreds of luminaries lining the streets of historic downtown Mineral Point while exploring the garland draped shops and galleries filled for holiday shopping. More luminaries are located near the northern end of Shake Rag Street as well as near southern end of Ridge Street. Businesses are planning specials all weekend long.Chestnuts roasting over an open fire, carolers, lights and fresh evergreen garlands transform Mineral Point into a Norman Rockwell scene-a picture perfect evening to create magical holiday memories.
