Chatham Rabbits, a beloved roots duo, exude warmth and familiarity as they intertwine their personal and musical lives. Comprised of partners Austin and Sarah McCombie, their deft songwriting and shared history resonate in their collaborative spirit. Their music has earned praise from prestigious publications like Garden & Gun Magazine, American Songwriter, and No Depression, drawing admiration from fans. Chatham Rabbits represent a fresh era of roots music rooted in North Carolina's traditions. Their debut album, "All I Want From You" (2019), set the bar for their sophomore release, "The Yoke is Easy, The Burden is Full," featuring the Paste Magazine-acclaimed song "Oxen." In 2022, they launched their expansive third album, "If You See Me Riding By," alongside the PBS-NC series, "On the Road with Chatham Rabbits." Their innovative response to the pandemic, the "Stay at Home Tour," reached 194 neighborhoods.
