A Day to Explore the Birkie Trail at Your Own Pace!
Skiers choose their own distance and pace at the American Birkebeiner Trailhead. Birkie Skate and Classic trails are marked for different distances, complete with open aid stations at Timber Trail, Fire Tower, and Boedecker. The Tour is perfect for skiers who aren't interested in ski racing but love skiing, skiers who are unsure about entering a Birkie race, or anyone looking to ski in a fun and safe environment.
