Challenge yourself on classic skis! The 42K or 22K distance has you kicking up some of the best hills on the Birkie Trail. Whether you’re new to skiing or you perfected your kick years ago, join the fun in this classic only event.

The Seeley Hills Classic, started in 1992, is the second-largest annual classic cross-country ski event on the Birkebeiner Trail. The 42K race is an American Birkebeiner qualifying race.

Participants must be 15 years of age or older on race day to compete in the 42K event. Participants must be 10 years of age or older on race day to compete in the 22k event.
