Door Peninsula Lighthouse Passport Days

Lighthouse Passport Days have many tour excursions and experiences that are unique and only available on these days, as several of the lighthouses in Door County are not typically open to the public – Chambers Island, Rock Island, Plum Island, and Sherwood Point, for example. While these lighthouses can be viewed from the outside or from the water, Passport Days provide guests with exclusive access that is limited throughout most of the year.

There are tours available for all activity levels and accessibility needs. Some of these tours include hiking. Boat tours depart from a variety of locations around the Peninsula, including Fish Creek, Sister Bay, Gills Rock, Baileys Harbor, and Sturgeon Bay.
