Aaron Atkinson was born and raised in Portage, WI. He grew up playing football and golf for Portage High Schooland went on to become an Auctioneer in 1989. He has been auctioneering for several Auto Auctions around the state ever since. In his travels throughout Wisconsin and Illinois, he has always admired the looks of old barns spread throughout the countryside. He started his photography as an avid bike rider around Columbia county, and then started biking all over the country and beyond! His photos are a moment in time that give him a flashback of the good old days: a beautiful sunset, or maybe a unique building that needs a little work. He now takes his camera everywhere he goes, in a car or on a bike, to find those special shots that everyone can relate to.
