The Governors Fishing Opener is held during the opening weekend of the Wisconsin hook and line fishing season. Families are welcome to come out to enjoy a fun day full of family entertainment, including "learn to fish" casting lessons, the DNR Fishmobile, minnow races, s'mores station, face painting, food vendors and more!

Family Fishing Day activities will take place at Crooked Lake Park in Siren, WI.
