As the weather gets colder and the ground gets covered in snow, the City of Sun Prairie Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department is preparing for the best part of winter- Frozen Fest! Join in the fun at this annual celebration of all things snowy and cold... and Jimmy the Groundhog!
From a puzzle contest and kids’ concerts to craft markets, ice carvings, and candlelit hikes, there’s something for everyone. Don’t miss the Winter Beer Garden, sled dog demos, the Groundhog Bar Crawl and so much more! All leading up to the 77th annual Groundhog Day Prognostication.
