Fall Fun on the Farms: Historic Butchering Weekend

A farm is a busy place. At our immigrant farms you can see traditional butchering, and the kitchens will be bustling with autumn preparations. Please note, we will be openly processing freshly butchered livestock at our 1860s Norwegian Immigrant Farm. Come experience the harvesting, preserving, cooking, and community that comes with Fall Fun on the Farms! Everyone can lend a hand, try something new, and sneak a taste while exploring the past like never before.
