The Great Folle Avoine Fur Trade Rendezvous
July 23, 2020 - July 26, 2020
Over 100 fur trade camps represent a variety of unique characters. Demonstrations of period skills including black powder shooting, archery and tomahawk throwing. Tasty food prepared in the fur-trade era manner is a treat. Goods offered by the traders include period clothing, furnishings, camp gear, trade silver, animal skins, jewelry and a fascinating variety of other utilitarian and decorative items. Admission: $10 adults, $6 children 5-15, free for children 4 and under, $28 family with 2 children, $8 seniors, students, and military (active and veterans), ID is required. Wild Rice Pancake Breakfast, Sunday, 8am – 12:30pm; $8 adults and children 13 and older, $4 children (6-12), free for children 5 and younger. Enjoy Wild Rice Pancakes, sausage, eggs and beverages.
