Kid's Fishing Day

There’s nothing like the thrill of that first tug on your fishing line—you have to feel it for yourself! If your kids want to learn to fish, come join us for “Kids Fishing Day!" Please come anytime between 9 a.m. and 12 noon to allow enough time to complete the learning stations and fishing at the pond. Experienced anglers and biologists are on hand to share their fishing tips and techniques. Equipment is provided, but you can bring your own pole if you want. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and all persons should dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. This event takes place rain or shine and is FREE and FUN for families! There will be drawings and prizes throughout the event!
