About this Event

Laura Ingalls Wilder Days is a family-friendly celebration honoring the pioneering spirit and stories of beloved author Laura Ingalls Wilder. This annual festival takes place on the second full weekend in September in the village and scenic hillsides of her birthplace, Pepin.

Visitors can enjoy traditional craft demonstrations, a lively fiddle contest, arts and crafts, and evening craft demonstrations by candlelight. A variety of food vendors and entertainment add to the festive atmosphere, making it a memorable weekend for families and fans of the Little House stories alike.
