Heritage Day is the annual July 4th community celebration of Southwest Wisconsin's rich history and bright future. It will be in-person on the beautiful three-acre museum campus. Play early American outdoor games and see demonstrations and exhibitions of daily life in 19th century America, as well as demonstrations of hit-and-miss engines, an antique car and tractor show, and food and drink provided by the Platteville Music Boosters. Enjoy unique ice cream flavors inspired by Wisconsin's mining heritage, and tour the authentic 1845 Bevans Lead-Zinc Mine.
