Join local artist Leonard Chaltry as he celebrates his love of music with an exhibit endorsing all forms of classical strings instruments and dance.
Leonard Chaltry is a self-taught artist based in Beaver Dam, know for his diverse range of artwork spanning wildlife, portraits, still life, landscapes, and pet portraits. Drawing inspiration from the Northern Renaissance painters, particularly Vermeer and Rembrandt. Leonard’s work embodies a deep appreciation for representational art.
Since 2009, despite having no formal art education, Leonard’s curiosity and passion for creativity led him to immerse himself in “How-To” books, where he honed his craft and developed his unique style.
Leonard’s talent has been recognized through exhibition venues such as The Rural Rembrandt art Show in Wautoma and the Dodge County Center for the Arts as well as an online presence at Fine Art America.
This current exhibition reflects his love of music, especially stringed instruments due to his participation in various musical combos where he played bass, 6-stirng guitar and banjo.
This presentation endorses all forms of music with an emphasis on classical stringed instruments to dance.
