Nature Sound Immersion: A Journey of Harmony

Visit the stunning Cave of the Mounds for an evening of live music, nature-inspired soundscapes and tranquility. Experience the resonant tones of native flutes, the deep vibrations of the didgeridoo, rhythmic drums and more, all performed live in the cave’s natural acoustic setting.

The experience features Chicago-based musician and sound healer Paul of Musical Mindset, who combines live looping with instruments including native flute, darbuka, didgeridoo, jaw harp and harmonica. Madison-area yoga instructor, musician and ceremony facilitator Madleen Alsabbah will join him with percussion and shamanic instruments, adding grounding rhythms to the immersive soundscape.

Together, Paul and Madleen create a relaxing experience that blends music, mindfulness and connection in the unique setting of the cave.
