About this Event
In 1926, radium was a miracle cure, Madame Curie an international celebrity, and luminous watches the latest rage - until the girls who painted them began to fall ill with a mysterious disease. Inspired by a true story, Radium Girls traces the efforts of Grace, Irene, and Kathryn as they fight for their day in court against the U.S. Radium Corporation.
Called a "powerful" and "engrossing" drama by critics, the play offers an unflinching look at the American obsessions with health and wealth, the power of the underdog, and the fierce injustice laborers in America have faced.
TICKETS: $18 Regular (20 & Older) | $15 Group (10 or More) | $15 Youth (19 & Younger)
