Pump House Regional Arts Center and La Crosse based Chef Shawn McManus present, "Art for Dinner," held quarterly throughout the 2018-2019 Pump House season. Art for Dinner is an educational culinary arts experience and includes several gourmet meal courses with cooking and plating demonstrations and wine pairings from local vineyards. Demonstrations and wine pairings are explained by host and Chef Shawn McManus. Tickets are $79 per seat.

ABOUT THE CHEF:

Originally from California, Shawn McManus's culinary journey took off in the Midwest. Over the last 15 years, Shawn has expanded his culinary knowledge and expertise by working in multiple environments including corporate food service, healthcare, private chef services, and fine dining. In addition to being the Chef Consultant/Owner of Savory Creations LLC., a boutique cooking school in La Crosse, Shawn has starred on television shows and is an instructor for National Food Service Management Institute at The School of Applied Science at The University of Mississippi. Shawn enjoys volunteering for and sharing his expertise at local non-profit fundraisers to help raise funds for children, families, and local hospitals. Chef Shawn enjoys presenting his delicious and stunning dishes to those around him and believes in providing local and sustainable foods in his classes and youth education programs.
