Over the River and Through the Woods

Humor, heart, and the headaches of family are all part of “Over the River and Through the Woods” January 10 - 26, 2025 at the Racine Theatre Guild. Nick Cristano visits his four grandparents in New Jersey every Sunday for dinner. He is exasperated by their constant nagging, ridiculous conversations, and endless supply of food, but hey, they’re family! When Nick announces his plans to move to Seattle for a promotion, his grandparents scheme up a hilarious combination of events to keep him from leaving. A funny and touching story about intergenerational relationships and the inevitable little heartbreaks that occur as time passes and children grow.
