“Peace will Come” Benefit Concert with John Higgins and David HB Drake

John Higgins and David HB Drake are veterans who stand up for peace. On Saturday, March 2nd at 7:30pm, John and David will present songs for a better world for the Peace Benefit held at The Coffeehouse, 2717 East Hampshire Street Milwaukee, WI. Proceeds will benefit Plymouth Church UCC, where The Coffeehouse presents weekly concerts. Donations are welcomed at the door. For information visit https://the-coffee-house.com. The concert will also be livestreamed at https://the-coffee-house.com/live John and David performed for the visit of “The Golden Rule”, a historic vessel of peace operated by Veterans for Peace this past summer at Lakeshore State Park. They will be presenting some of these songs, along with sing-alongs that help us remember that “we are all in the same boat.” John Higgins, a United States Navy veteran, is a member of the Stringalong Band and plays solo shows of original songs and covers.
