CANCELED.  A long-time mainstay of the area jazz scene, guitarist and composer Paul Silbergleit presents his unique arrangements of material that is unusual for the genre. Drawing from a colorful array of sources, from The Beatles to Broadway to broadcast TV, he has created surprising new versions of some old favorites, all specifically geared toward the mighty sound of a jazz sextet for this special concert. Paul is an avid jazz educator, author, and recording artist, and he has appeared with such notables as Jack McDuff, Phil Woods, Benny Golson, Richie Cole, Tierney Sutton, Melvin Rhyne, Brian Lynch, David Hazeltine, and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
